BOGE China celebrates a quarter of a century

In 1999, BOGE established its first Chinese branch in Shanghai. In 2003, a separate production site followed. This success story of 25 years had to be celebrated. Long-term partners, employees and guests of honour from the city came to the festive ceremony at BOGE’s plant in Shanghai. The anniversary celebration had the motto “25 years of craftsmanship, innovation for the future” because quality and innovation are at the heart of BOGE’s company philosophy. In his speech, Wolf D. Meier-Scheuven, Managing Director, acknowledged the growth of the branch over the past 25 years and outlined the future strategic development of BOGE in Asia. As a thank-you for their commitment, long-standing employees were honoured. Dr. Sebastian Göbel, Technical Managing Director at BOGE, gifted what is known as a “quick service” compressor as an anniversary present, which was developed as early as the 1930s. In the future, BOGE will continue to pursue the goal of climbing new heights in the compressed air industry. At the end, Branch Manager Michael Chen thanked all those present for the support and trust they have invested in BOGE China for all these years. A shared dinner with a cultural theme including dancing and singing rounded off the celebrations.
